# Paid Placement and Promotion Terms for l2.top

## 1. General

This document sets out the general terms for paid services available on **l2.top**, including placement, promotion, advertising, and similar services.

Payment for a service means that the customer agrees to these terms unless special rules or a separate description apply to a specific service.

For the purposes of this document, the **service provider** means the website administration of l2.top and/or the person actually providing the relevant service through the website.

## 2. What services may be provided

The website may offer, among other things:

- paid placement of server or project listings;
- priority display;
- VIP statuses, promo packages, and other highlighting options;
- banner, advertising, and other informational placements;
- additional options related to project promotion on the website.

The exact scope, price, duration, technical parameters, and result format are determined by the relevant service description on the website, in the order interface, correspondence, invoice, payment form, or another related description.

## 3. How orders are placed

An order may be placed through the website interface, payment form, correspondence, or another available channel that makes it possible to identify the ordered service and its main parameters.

Before the service starts, the service provider may request clarification of materials, links, technical data, contact details, or other information reasonably needed to provide the service.

If the customer fails to provide necessary information, or provides inaccurate or problematic materials, the service provider may postpone the start, change the fulfilment sequence, refuse placement, or cancel the order subject to actually incurred costs and applicable law.

## 4. Payment

Payment is made using the methods available at the time of ordering, including external payment services and technical intermediaries.

The service provider may use payment providers, including **CryptoCloud**, as well as other partners or intermediaries where needed to receive and process payment.

Payment is usually deemed made when the relevant system confirms the transaction or when the service provider receives sufficient confirmation of payment.

## 5. Start and performance of the service

A service is deemed to have started when placement is actually launched, an option is activated, a slot is reserved, materials are published, priority display is enabled, or other actions showing that performance has begun are taken.

Where a service requires moderation, review of materials, setup, or coordination, the service provider may begin performance after those procedures are completed.

The service provider aims to provide services within a reasonable time, but does not guarantee an exact launch moment where this depends on moderation, queue position, technical limits, the customer’s actions, payment checks, external systems, or other circumstances beyond the service provider’s reasonable control.

## 6. Customer materials

The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of all submitted materials, links, descriptions, images, advertising messages, and other data.

The service provider may refuse publication, stop placement, remove materials from display, or decline renewal where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the materials:

- violate the law or third-party rights;
- mislead users;
- contain harmful, technically problematic, or unsafe elements;
- create excessive reputational, technical, partner-related, or legal risks for the website.

## 7. No guarantee of business results

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of a specific service, the service provider does not guarantee:

- any specific number of clicks, registrations, votes, sales, players, or other business metrics;
- any particular ranking position or continued retention of such position;
- the absence of anti-fraud actions, filtering, moderation, or changes in website algorithms;
- any commercial effect expected by the customer.

The service provider’s obligation is generally limited to providing the service itself in the agreed scope and format.

## 8. Refunds

### 8.1. General approach
Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the nature of the service, the stage of performance, the part already provided, actually incurred costs, and the requirements of applicable law.

### 8.2. If the service has not started
If the service has not started, the customer may receive a refund of the amount paid minus actually incurred and non-recoverable costs, where such costs genuinely arose.

### 8.3. If the service has started but is not completed
If the service has already started, a refund may be made for the unperformed part, minus:

- the value of the part already provided;
- actually incurred costs related to the order;
- non-refundable commissions of payment providers, networks, or technical intermediaries, where such amounts were actually withheld and are not returned to the service provider.

### 8.4. If the service has been provided
If the service has been fully provided or its main result has already been delivered to the customer, no refund is normally available for the performed part unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

### 8.5. What may count as costs
Actually incurred costs may include payment provider fees, reservation of limited inventory, technical preparation, moderation, setup, coordination, contractor costs, and other costs directly related to the specific order.

### 8.6. How to submit a refund request
To request a refund, the customer should write to **adm@l2.top** and provide enough information to identify the order, the payment, and the applicant. The service provider may request additional information reasonably needed to verify the request and process a safe refund.

## 9. Anti-fraud and protective measures

The service provider may use technical and organisational measures intended to prevent fraud, suspicious payments, manipulation, abuse, circumvention of restrictions, and other unfair conduct.

Where there are reasonable grounds, the service provider may suspend an order, restrict access to paid features, cancel a service that has not started, remove a placement, conduct additional checks, or refuse future service where this is permitted by applicable law and is related to the safety of the website, users, partners, or payments.

A good-faith refund request is not in itself an automatic ground for blocking. However, abuse of refunds, attempts to keep the benefit after a refund, false information, disputed payments, use of someone else’s payment instrument, or other signs of bad faith may be taken into account when decisions are made regarding the account and future service.

## 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider is not liable for:

- actions or decisions of payment services, banks, hosting providers, CDNs, advertising systems, search engines, or other third parties;
- connectivity failures, blocking, sanctions, infrastructure restrictions, actions of public authorities, attacks, or other circumstances beyond the service provider’s reasonable control;
- business expectations of the customer that were not expressly guaranteed.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the total liability of the service provider for a specific order is limited to the amount actually paid for that service.

## 11. International nature of the services

The website may serve users and customers from different countries. Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, matters related to paid services are governed by the law of the place where the service provider is located.

Where the customer is a consumer protected by mandatory rules of the law of their country of habitual residence, such rules remain applicable to the extent required by applicable law.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that ordering such services is allowed in their own jurisdiction.

## 12. Changes to these terms

The service provider may amend these terms at any time. A new version applies to orders placed after its publication unless stated otherwise.
