FAQ

Answers about the L2.TOP Lineage 2 server catalog: Soon and Already opened lists, TOP COIN (TC), VIP and Elite, banners, Telegram and Discord widgets, the Top Online block, player promo codes, and the cabinet.

1What is L2.TOP — Lineage 2 server catalog?

L2.TOP is a Lineage 2 (L2, La2) server rating and catalog covering Interlude (IL), High Five (HF), Classic, Essence and other chronicles. The Soon block lists upcoming L2 server announcements with launch dates, chronicles, rates and badges; the Already Opened block is the current list of live projects. Listings split into VIP (paid placement) and regular tabs. In the Soon block, servers sort by opening date so the nearest launches stay front and center.

2What is TOP COIN (TC)?

TOP COIN (TC) is L2.TOP's internal currency for paying for VIP, banners, widgets, Top Online placement, extra votes and other paid services in your cabinet. Top up on the balance page; larger deposits may earn a bonus TC percentage.

3How to add a Lineage 2 server to the catalog?

Add your Lineage 2 (L2, La2) server for free: register → open the cabinet → fill in the project URL, chronicle (Interlude / IL, High Five / HF, Classic, Essence, etc.), concept, opening date, rates, links and profile fields. Once published, the card appears in the public catalog; paid promotion options (VIP, ads, promo codes, etc.) are enabled from the cabinet.

4VIP Standart vs Premium vs Elite — differences

Three paid promotion tiers for your Lineage 2 (L2, La2) server in the catalog: your card stands out and ranks higher in listings. Standart and Premium share a limited number of slots; Elite (VIP-3) is the most prominent tier with the fewest spots and maximum visibility to players. Current TC prices and slot limits are shown in the cabinet at purchase.

5No free VIP slots — what to do?

Standart and Premium limit simultaneous placements. When all slots are taken, join the reservation queue in the cabinet; your booking activates automatically when a slot opens. Check status and dates on your server card in the cabinet.

6VIP duration and renewal

Packages are available for 10, 30 and 50 days; start and end dates display on the public card. Renew by paying another period in TC when a slot is free or your queue booking activates. How far ahead you can extend may be capped by site rules — check the hints at checkout.

7Why isn't VIP active right after payment?

VIP activation may require moderator review before the highlight goes live in the catalog. This prevents abuse and rule violations. Current status is visible in the cabinet; contact support if there's a delay.

8Header banner and sidebar banner — how they work

Two TC ad formats to promote your Lineage 2 / L2 server for a fixed term: the header banner maximizes visibility on the catalog home page; the sidebar banner runs in the side column across the site. Set the display period and upload the banner file when buying in the cabinet; size and format requirements are on the Advertising page.

9Telegram and Discord widgets on L2.TOP

Paid integration of your Lineage 2 server's Telegram or Discord: the community feed appears as a widget on L2.TOP pages so players follow news and announcements without leaving the catalog. Enable it from the cabinet in TC for the term you choose.

10Top Online block — what it is and how to get listed

A separate paid option for Lineage 2 (L2, La2) server owners: give the cabinet a link to a page that outputs one number — current online players — and the site polls it on a schedule for the server rating. The Top Online block appears on the home page and all-servers view on the VIP tab; spots are limited. Order: Elite first, then Premium and Standart; within each tier, higher online ranks higher in the server list. The bar next to the count shows share of the block leader.

11Promo codes and gift icon

When the owner uploads promo codes in the cabinet, a gift icon appears on the server card and in the Top Online block. Players open the hint, copy the code and redeem it on the Lineage 2 server's own site — reward terms are set by the project. Via L2.TOP each user can receive one code per day until the owner's daily issuance cap is reached.

12Uploading promo codes and issuance limit

In the promo codes section of the cabinet, upload a CSV file with your code list — allowed length and row count are shown in the form. Pick a daily giveaway cap from the preset options. Add up to three short lines describing the reward for the popover. After moderator approval, codes go live for players: one copy action uses one code. When the list runs out, upload a new file.

13Bonus Start vs Newbie Bonus — what's the difference?

Bonus Start marks a time-limited promo on a live Lineage 2 (L2, La2) server for new players from a set date (usually in-game items, adena or starter packs). Newbie Bonus labels servers open more than 30 days that permanently reward new players so they can quickly catch up with the main player base. Details are always on the server side.

14Dollar icon on a server card — what does it mean?

The icon tells players that the project runs promos with real cash prizes. Rules, amounts and payouts are entirely on the server side; L2.TOP only marks that such a promo is active on the card.

15Buying votes with TOP COIN

Yes: buy a vote pack for TC in the cabinet — your balance is charged and the vote count on the Lineage 2 server card increases. This is separate from organic player votes cast on the site. See the purchase form for the current price per vote.

16How are clicks to the server site tracked?

When a user clicks a card or ad, they first hit a short redirect page, then land on the server site. This lets the catalog track outbound clicks and count statistics. Your project's URL is set in the server profile.

17Upgrading to Elite — what happens to existing VIP?

Elite starts on the date you choose: the previous VIP tier is removed, and TC may be returned for unused days of the old package per site rules. Start and end dates display in the cabinet and catalog.

18What happens to paid services on deletion?

Deleting the server from the cabinet stops all active paid services: VIP, Elite, queue, banners, widgets, etc. Refunds may apply per site rules. Transferring paid days to another account requires support approval. Save any data you need before deleting.

19Advertising rules and refund policy

Full terms are on separate site pages: the user agreement, privacy policy and any refund or cashback articles. Before paying, read what the site shows at checkout — it is more up to date than any short FAQ answer.

20How to contact L2.TOP support?

Contacts are in the site footer (Telegram, email, etc.) and in the Support section of your cabinet, where you can open a ticket. For payment issues, include your login, server ID and transaction time from cabinet history so the team can resolve it faster.
